MULTICULTURAL EMPLOYMENT PROJECT

The Multicultural Employment project is supported by the Tasmanian Community Fund and delivered in Partnership with the University of Tasmania. It aims to remove barriers for employers to engage the culturally diverse employees of Tasmania. This will be achieved by enhancing a better understanding of the diverse capabilities, improving the cultural capacity, and developing resources that meet the individual and unique needs of the business sector.
